Anime Tactical Simulator Progression Guide — Every World Explained

Not sure what to do next in Anime Tactical Simulator? You're not alone. With multiple worlds, dozens of quests, and several unlock systems, anime tactical simulator progression can feel confusing at first. This guide walks you through every world in order — what to do, what to skip, and how to reach end game as fast as possible. The Anime Tactical Simulator wiki breaks it all down below.

Before you start, redeem all active code anime tactical simulator strings from our codes page for free gems, medals, and resources that speed up your anime tactical simulator progression.

How to Travel Between Worlds

To move between worlds in Anime Tactical Simulator, click on Travel in the menu, then select Teleport next to the planet you want to visit. You can also click on the planet name directly from the map — both methods work.

Each new world costs more gold to unlock. Here's the full cost breakdown for anime tactical simulator progression:

World Map Name Unlock Cost
World 1 Dragon Ball (Namex Planet) Free (starter)
World 2 One Piece 100,000 Yen
World 3 Demon Forest 1,000,000 Coins
World 4 Dungeons Town 10,000,000 Coins

Save your gold early and don't waste it on unnecessary purchases. Unlocking worlds is the single most important investment for anime tactical simulator progression.

World 1: Dragon Ball (Namex Planet) — Your Starting Point

After completing the tutorial, your first priority is to accept all available quests. You'll find several quest NPCs near the spawn area. These quests ask you to kill a certain number of monsters — they're straightforward and give good rewards.

Quests to Skip (For Now)

Important: Some quests ask you to kill a huge number of bosses — for example, "Kill 100 Bosses" or "Kill 20 Demonic Pudding." Skip these quests in the early game. They are designed for late-game players who can one-shot previous world bosses. Trying to complete them now is a massive waste of time.

The Anime Tactical Simulator wiki recommends: push forward to the latest world first, then come back to complete these grind quests with your strongest units. You'll clear them a million times faster.

Fuse and Sell Strategy

Understanding the fuse and sell system is critical for anime tactical simulator progression. Here's the rule:

  1. Fuse all Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary units to level them up
  2. Once maxed, Sell those Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary units — you won't need them anymore
  3. NEVER sell Mythical units — you'll need Mythical Souls later for the Evolution system, and the only way to get Mythical Souls is by selling Mythical units

Legendary units are actually very easy to get, and even Mythical units become common over time. Your main target early on is to pull a Legendary unit. If you get lucky with a Mythic or Secret, your anime tactical simulator progression will skyrocket.

Traits Don't Matter Yet

Don't worry about rerolling traits in World 1. Traits literally don't matter in the early game — you can clear everything without any traits at all. A good trait will make runs slightly faster, but it's not worth spending resources on yet. Check our anime tactical simulator reroll guide when you're ready.

Early Game Raids

Once you finish the initial quests, you'll unlock Raids through the Challenges menu.

You shouldn't have any problem completing Nightmare mode with only Legendary units. It takes a bit of time, but it's very doable. Raids are also the primary way to get Dragon Balls right now — bosses have a 3% Dragon Ball drop rate. Farm raids whenever you can to advance your anime tactical simulator progression.

World 2: One Piece — Devil Fruits and Better Units

World 2 costs 100,000 Yen to unlock. Once you arrive, accept the Straw Hat quest immediately.

What's New in World 2

Two important features unlock here:

1. Darling NPC — Check Your Stats

Walk to the left of the spawn area and you'll find Darling. This NPC lets you view your detailed unit stats. You can also access stats through the Hatsune Miku NPC in the lobby — but Darling is more convenient when you're already on the map.

2. Devil Fruits — Talk to Doflamingo

Doflamingo is the NPC who manages the Devil Fruit system. To get Devil Fruit tokens:

Source Drop Rate
Straw Hat Boss 25% chance (5–12 tokens)
Regular Monsters 8% chance (3–6 tokens)
Raids Varies by difficulty

Raid tip: If you don't have at least 3–4 Mythical units, Nightmare raids in World 2 will be very time-consuming. The Anime Tactical Simulator wiki recommends building a full Mythical team before attempting World 2 raids.

Quest to Skip

Just like World 1, there's a quest asking you to kill 100 bosses (e.g., "Kill 100 Luffy"). Skip it. Come back later when your anime tactical simulator progression has reached the final world.

World 3: Demon Forest — Boss Mode Unlocked

World 3 costs 1,000,000 Coins to unlock. This map introduces a major new feature: the World Boss (also called Raid Mode).

The World Boss

To find the boss, get off your mount and double jump to the platform area. The World Boss spawns every 30 minutes and has approximately 35 million HP.

Do NOT attempt this boss in early game. It's extremely tanky and not worth your time until you have end-game units. Push to the latest world first, then come back for this.

Quest Progression

Accept the Water Teacher quest and start working through the Demon Forest quest chain. Be prepared — mobs here have significantly more HP:

Enemy HP
Regular Mobs ~450,000
Final Boss ~875,000

You'll also find another pack opener here, and a Traits NPC where you can reroll your unit traits without going back to the lobby.

World 4: Dungeons Town — The End Game

World 4 costs 10,000,000 Coins to unlock. This is currently the final world in Anime Tactical Simulator.

Awakening Dungeons

The main new feature here is the Awakening Dungeon — inspired by Solo Leveling's dungeon concept with massive statues as enemies. This is where the anime tactical simulator progression end game begins. The Awakening Dungeons are also where you can farm the powerful Igris (Crimson Knight) unit — check our Igris farming guide for details.

Player Stats

The Player Stats upgrade system is accessible here. This lets you boost your character's base stats permanently — invest in this to make all your units stronger.

General Anime Tactical Simulator Progression Tips

Here are key tips that apply across all worlds:

  • Always push forward first — Don't grind old worlds for boss quests. Reach the latest world, get the best units, then go back
  • Farm raids regularly — Raids are the best source of Stat Cubes, Dragon Balls, and rare drops
  • Keep every Mythical unit — You'll need Mythical Souls for Evolution later
  • Redeem all codes — Use code anime tactical simulator strings from our codes page for free gems, medals, and resources. The Anime Tactical Simulator wiki keeps the full list updated
  • Don't rush traits — Early game doesn't need perfect traits. Save your medals for Mythical+ and Secret units

Settings for Low-End Devices

If your device lags, go to Settings and:

  1. Turn OFF all Ability VFX
  2. Turn OFF all Ray FX
  3. Set graphics to Low Quality

This gives you much higher FPS and makes anime tactical simulator progression smoother on weaker hardware.
