Anime Tactical Simulator March 8 Update — Everything You Need to Know
The March 8 update for Anime Tactical Simulator is one of the biggest patches the game has seen. It touches almost every part of the game — from a brand new anime world and raid, to major summoning improvements, a new clicking damage system, and a level cap increase. This guide covers everything added in this update, what to prioritize first, and all the new codes you need to redeem right now. The Anime Tactical Simulator wiki has the full breakdown below.
Before diving in, make sure you redeem all new codes from our codes page — the rewards include Avatar Fruit and Avatar Tokens that connect directly to new systems in this update.
New World: Bleach
The biggest headline of this update is the arrival of the Bleach world. New worlds in Anime Tactical Simulator always matter because they add more content to grind, new enemies to fight, and a fresh set of goals to work toward.

The Bleach world also comes with a new raid, which is one of the most important additions for players at any stage. Raids are consistently one of the best sources of useful farming rewards in the game, and a new one means new challenges and new loot to earn.
If you are a late-game player, this world gives you more to do immediately. If you are still progressing, reaching the Bleach world becomes your new primary goal.
8 New Units
This update adds eight new units — one of the largest unit drops in a single patch.

New units mean new team compositions, new damage options, and new reasons to summon. With eight units to chase, this patch gives both returning players and new players a lot of reasons to open the summon menu.
Soft Pity for Mythic Tactical Summons
One of the best quality-of-life improvements in this entire update is the addition of soft pity for Mythic Tactical summons.

Before this change, summoning felt completely random — you could pull for a long time and get nothing guaranteed. Now, soft pity means your odds increase as you continue pulling, so you are always moving closer to something useful instead of just relying on pure luck.
This change makes the summoning system far less punishing and significantly improves the long-term value of every gem you spend.
Capsule System
Also added in this update is the Capsule System, which you unlock by summoning in the Bleach world.

This means your summons in the newest world now have double value: you are chasing units and building toward capsule rewards at the same time. It makes grinding the Bleach world more rewarding and gives you an extra layer of progression to work toward during every summon session.
Index Rewards
The update also introduces the Index Rewards system, which gives players incentive to collect a wide variety of units rather than just focusing on the current meta team.

Every unit you summon now contributes to your Index, which can pay out rewards as you fill it. This adds long-term value to older summons and makes your full collection more meaningful — not just the handful of units you actively use.
Avatar System — Clicking Damage Boost
The Avatar System is one of the most interesting new mechanics in this patch. Avatars are not just cosmetic — they actually increase your clicking damage, which means they have a direct impact on how fast your account progresses.

You earn Avatar Tokens from the Rift system, which connects these two new features together in a smart way. The more you engage with rifts, the faster you can grow your avatars and boost your clicking output.
Rift System — Bleach World Events
Connected to the Avatar System is the new Rift system. Rifts spawn every 15 minutes in the Bleach world, giving you something time-based to look out for while you are grinding.
Because rifts give Avatar Tokens, they are likely to become one of the most important things to farm regularly once you reach the Bleach world. Fitting rift farming into your session routine will meaningfully speed up your avatar progression and clicking damage over time.
Limited Avatar: Shadow Warden
This update also adds a limited avatar called Shadow Warden.

As with any limited content in games like this, if you miss it, there may not be an easy second chance later. If you are playing during this update window, prioritizing the Shadow Warden avatar is a good idea.
4 New Accessories
The patch adds four new accessories to the game. Accessories may not get as much attention as new units, but strong stats on the right accessories can make a significant difference to your overall build. Do not overlook these while you are exploring the new Bleach world content.
Level Cap Increase: Units Now Reach Level 25
All units can now be leveled up to level 25, up from the previous cap. Any level cap increase matters because it unlocks more scaling, more damage output, and more reasons to continue investing in your strongest units. Even if your team was already strong before this update, this cap increase gives you another meaningful upgrade target to work toward.
New Gamepass: Shiny Hunter
For players who love chasing shiny units, this update adds the Shiny Hunter gamepass, which provides a +4% chance of getting a shiny unit on each pull.

Over many summons, a persistent percentage boost like this adds up significantly. If shiny hunting is a priority for you, this gamepass is worth considering.
New Settings & Quality of Life Changes
The update also includes new settings options and various quality-of-life improvements.

Settings updates might not sound exciting compared to new worlds and units, but in a game where you spend long hours grinding, even small improvements to controls, performance, or UI can make your session feel noticeably better.
New Codes — Redeem These Now
This update comes with four new codes containing Avatar Fruit, Avatar Tokens, Gems, and Potions. These rewards connect directly to the new Avatar System, so redeeming them immediately is especially valuable right now.
